I’m James Constantine, a Sydney-based marathoner and Senior Digital Marketing Manager for the TCS Sydney Marathon and other running events across Sydney. My professional world revolves intimately around a key part of my personal world - running.

This site is the home of my unique view of the sport - a collection of honest race recaps, industry insights, and stories from the Australian running scene. Whether I'm training for my next run, or navigating the exciting challenges that come with delivering an Abbott World Marathon Major, I’m here to share my perspective, learnings and experiences.
